Time is the most valuable asset we have. It’s the one thing we literally can’t get more of. But there is a way to manage it so you can create more within the time you do have.

I spent decades of my life losing and regaining multiple stones over and over.
I've done Weight Watches, Slimming World, Lighter Life and lots of weird and not so wonderful diets in between. When I turned forty I was fat, frustrated and morbidly obese.
And then I lost six-stone for the last time.
I’m not super slim. I’m at the top end of the normal weight range. And I am very happy with that.
It’s easy for me to choose foods that nourish and fuel my body and I don’t want to gorge on foods high in carbs like I used to.
I feel in control.
I don’t need to eat to feel better when I’m having a bad day or feel exhausted or desperate for a treat.
I’ve learned how to get enjoyment from taking care of myself too.
And now I’m committed to helping women create a relationship with food, themselves, and their life that they love.
I am an Advanced Certified Weight Coach with NO BS. Certified in Life & Weight Loss Coaching with The Life Coach School. And Health & Life Coaching with The Health Coach Institute. I am am a causal coaching specialist, with experience in NLP, Positive Intelligence and DISC Profiling.

MODULE 1
Eating right for you
Design the way you want to eat for life. For normal life, special weekends, when dealing with life challenges, when you're ill. All of it. Create a framework you love to help you create the balance you want.


MODULE 2
Hacking your brain
Understanding your desire to eat. And how you can reduce your over desire for certain foods. Take control of your food decision making.
MODULE 3
Hunger
Tune into your physical and emotional hunger. Discover what hunger means to you. Learn tools and tips to not overeat at meal times.


MODULE 4
Emotional Eating
We’re all emotional eaters. But when you’re using food as a false pleasure or to numb emotional pain then it’s time to understand what’s going on and create new strategies for emotional management. Eating to feel better is going to be ‘at best’ a fleeting relief, and at it’s worst a jump into a spiral of frustration and shame. It’s time for some new strategies to help you use your motions to work with and not against yourself.
MODULE 5
Failing your way to success
There is so much that you can do to help yourself create the relationship with food you want and lose your weight. And you don't have to them all. Making small consistent changes over time will help you achieve your weight loss goals. Trying different things will help you discover what works for you and what doesn't. We are all different. Failing your way to weight loss success, when you commit to learning every time, is the quickest way to get you what you ultimately want. Not feeling out of control around food ever again.


MODULE 6
Beliefs and Mindset
We’re going to be diving deep into your beliefs and mindset. You’ll likely know the Henry Ford Quote, "whether you think you can or you think you can’t you’re right". It's all well and good but what do you do when you can’t stop believing that you can’t. That’s what we’re address this week and you’ll be planning the exact step by step process to help you create amazing belief in yourself – whether it’s to achieve your weight goal, not regain the weight that you lose, or something else.
MODULE 7
Re-writing your story
We're going to be making peace with your identity that you associated with your previous relationship with food and write the next chapter about who you’re becoming so that you can use it to shape your life going forward.


MODULE 8
Journaling
You will already have been introduced to journaling but in this module you will learn nots of new tools tips and ways to help you create more positive emotion in your life, get more done, find more peace, or whatever it is you want more of. This is about 'eating to live' not 'living to eat'. You don't want dinner to always be the highlight of your day
MODULE 9
Exception Eating
We’re going to cover all things special occasion and joyful eating; holidays, birthdays, dinner with friends and family. We’ll also look at eating when you’re feeling under the weather or life throws you a curved ball.


MODULE 10
Strategies for life
We look at what's next for you on your weight loss journey. You set your next goal and plan what it will take to achieve it. By now you will have the tools to be making good progress on your weight loss journey, but it took decades to create your current habits and your new ones won't stick over night. So we will see where you're still stuck and create new strategies to get you over any obstacles.

I started the academy in November and by Christmas I lost 1.5 stone. My relationship with food had changed completely. But I approached Christmas with trepidation because I thought I would put it all back on. And then Clair did a session on how to plan for Christmas. I gave myself a two week Christmas period window. I planned what I was going to do every day and didn't deprive myself. I had treats. Two weeks later, I was shocked to find that I had lost half a pound, but even more importantly, I was in control for the whole of that two week Christmas holiday. And that just made me feel amazing.
