Call To Action

Why this programme, why now?

There is a growing conversation around women’s health in midlife.

  • Hormones
  • Menopause
  • Blood sugar
  • Protein
  • Inflammation
  • Gut health
  • Insulin resistance
  • GLP-1 medications
  • Ultra-processed foods
  • Muscle
  • Stress
  • Sleep
  • Longevity

These topics are everywhere, and many women are trying to understand what they mean, which ones matter and how they relate to their own body.

This programme brings the conversation together in a clear, practical and meaningful way.

You will explore the health foundations that become increasingly important in midlife, including how you eat, how your body regulates energy and appetite, how hormones influence your experience, and how lifestyle, stress, sleep and emotional capacity shape the choices you make each day.

The aim is to help you understand your body more clearly, so you can take your next steps with confidence.

All your body systems are connected

Your body works as a living, responsive system.

  • Blood sugar can influence energy, appetite and cravings.
  • Sleep can influence hunger, mood and food choices.
  • Hormones can influence body composition, motivation and resilience.
  • Stress can influence digestion, inflammation, appetite and daily habits.
  • Muscle can influence strength, confidence, glucose regulation and long-term metabolic health.
  • Routines, environment, emotions and capacity can all influence how consistently you care for yourself.

When you understand these connections, your choices start to make more sense.

You can begin to see which foundations need attention, which patterns are asking for support and which changes are most relevant for you.

This is the value of a more connected health lens.

Inside the programme:

  • What metabolic health actually means and why it matters in midlife.
  • How food influences blood sugar, energy, appetite, cravings, mood and long-term health.
  • Why protein, fibre, healthy fats, carbohydrates, meal timing and meal structure matter, and how to make those foundations practical.
  • How perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, mood, appetite, body composition, insulin sensitivity and health markers.
  • Why muscle, strength and movement become increasingly important in midlife.
  • How stress, emotional load and nervous-system activation can influence food choices and health behaviours.
  • Where GLP-1 medications fit within the wider metabolic-health conversation.
  • How to create sustainable next steps that support your body and your life.

Your 8-week journey

Week 1: The Midlife Metabolic Health Lens

We begin by looking at what metabolic health actually means and why it matters so much in midlife.

You will explore the relationship between energy, appetite, blood sugar, hormones, body composition, health markers and long-term wellbeing, and begin to see your body through a more connected and useful lens.

This week sets the foundation for the whole programme.

Week 2: Food Foundations for Blood Sugar, Energy and Appetite

This week focuses on the nutritional foundations that support steadier energy, more stable appetite and better daily food decisions.

You will explore protein, fibre, fats, carbohydrates, meal timing and meal structure in a way that is practical, flexible and relevant to normal life.

The aim is to help food make more sense, so your everyday choices become clearer and more supportive.

Week 3: Appetite, Cravings and Food Signals

This week explores appetite as information.

You will learn why hunger, fullness, cravings, desire and food preoccupation can be influenced by biology, habit, emotion, environment and routine.

You will begin to understand your own appetite signals with more curiosity and less judgement, so you can respond with more confidence and care.

Week 4: Hormones, Menopause and Body Composition

Midlife hormonal changes can influence much more than periods and hot flushes.

This week looks at how perimenopause and menopause may affect sleep, mood, appetite, muscle, fat distribution, insulin sensitivity and the way your body responds to food, stress and lifestyle.

You will learn why body composition, muscle and metabolic health become increasingly important foundations for this stage of life.

Week 5: The GLP-1 Conversation and What It Reveals

GLP-1 medications have changed the public conversation around appetite, health and metabolic regulation.

This week gives you a balanced, non-judgemental understanding of where these medications fit within the wider metabolic-health landscape.

We will explore what this conversation reveals about appetite, biology, food environment and long-term health, and why nutritional and lifestyle foundations remain important.

This session is educational and designed to help you understand the bigger picture. Decisions about medication should always be made with an appropriately qualified medical professional.

Week 6: The Terrain — Sleep, Stress, Inflammation and Real Life

Your health choices happen within the wider terrain of your body and your life.

This week explores sleep, stress, emotional load, nervous-system activation, inflammation, routine, environment and capacity.

You will learn how to create health foundations that can exist inside your actual life, with practical changes that are supportive, realistic and sustainable.

Week 7: Making Change Sustainable

This week focuses on the coaching foundations that support meaningful change.

You will explore the thoughts, emotions, habits, identity patterns and self-trust that influence how you care for yourself over time.

You will learn how to build steadier, more sustainable patterns around health, food and self-care.

Week 8: Your Next Steps Health Plan

In the final week, you will bring everything together.

You will review what you have learned, what has already started to shift and which foundations you want to continue building.

You will create your own next steps health plan — a realistic, personalised direction for supporting your body and your wellbeing beyond the programme.

This plan will reflect who you are now, the life you are living and the health foundations you want to strengthen next.

This is the stage of life where food, hormones, sleep, stress, movement, muscle, blood sugar and emotional capacity become increasingly connected.

Understanding those connections gives you more choice.

You can begin to make decisions that are informed, supportive and grounded in the life you are actually living.

Metabolic Health, Food & Midlife Reset is your invitation to take a more intelligent, practical and empowering approach to food, hormones, metabolism and midlife wellbeing.
