Yes. Calls will take place at different times, including evenings, on different days of the week to  accommodate as many people as possible. If you’re unable to join a call live you can watch the replay. All replays will be available within 24 hours.

Yes. You can ask questions anonymously via the chat box to be answered on the call. You can ask questions and get written coaching support via the community. And there is a support form for extra private help. And you can book private coaching calls at a reduced members rate.

Many women will want to change how they eat once they are menopausal, in order not to gain weight, or to lose stubborn pounds.

I will help you create a new way of eating that works for your body and your lifestyle. This is done step-by-step and will be fine-tuned over several weeks until you are on your way to getting the results you want.

First off, I don’t tell you what to eat. I help you discover…

  • foods work best for your body and your lifestyle
  • foods you want to eat for fuel and nourishment
  • foods you want to eat purely for pleasure.

But most of the work that we do is not about what you eat at all. It’s about understanding why you are overweight in the first place and putting strategies in place to find permanent solutions.

Dieting to solve for being overweight is like putting cream on rash without bothering to find out what caused it, then finding that the rash comes back when you stop applying the cream.

I help you balance your hormones, become the boss of your brain, and manage your mind. You will become empowered at making the decisions you want about the foods that you eat, without having to use will power, and you will learn how to not need food to make you feel better when you are stressed bored or lonely.

And a whole lot more.

You choose how much time you spend on doing this work, but I recommend you commit to a minimum of 20 minutes per day, in addition to at least one weekly coaching call (calls are usually about 45 minutes).

Absolutely. Many women with hormone related health problems have had success using my methods. I work with you to help you discover the right way of eating for you and your body. And I help you manage your mind so that you overcome any obstacles your body throws at you.

Every single one of us is different. Your body’s dietary requirements change throughout your life. work with you to design the right way of eating for you.

There is no better time to do this work than when you are facing a life challenge. Taking care of ‘you’ will give you the strength to deal with everything else. And, the mind management work that we apply to food and eating will help you in other areas of life too. You can use the same skills to help you manage a difficult situation at work, your relationship with your Mother, or your crazy hectic schedule, as you do to take control of your eating. You can also bring any problem to your coaching calls for us to work through together.

I’m not going to tell you what to eat. You’re going to tell me what you like to eat, and we will create a program for you based on your likes, dislikes, and what is right for your body and lifestyle. I will offer suggestions if you want them.

No. There is the option of reporting your weight on a Monday and Friday morning should you wish to for accountability, but this is totally optional. The number on the scales is only one measure of how you are doing. There’s lots of scope for assessing your progress in other ways too.
