A bit about me...

After decades of on/off dieting, I discovered the secret to permanent weight loss. It wasn’t about finding the right diet, or exercise routine, it was about understanding why I overate and discovering the tools to help me stop. Through life coaching I learned how to stop using food to feel better and then everything changed.

Learning these skills transformed my life, so much so in fact that I felt compelled to train to become a certified life and weight coach so that I could help other women do the same.

I’m now a certified life, health and weight coach through The Life Coach School and the Health Coach Institute and I’ve helped hundreds of women from all over the world, transform their lives too.
