The Small Group programme includes:
+ An audit of your current relationship with food, so that you can identify the the habits you want to change whilst we work together that will ensure sustainable weight loss
+ One 45-minute, and two 30-minute private coaching calls with me
+ A small group weekly coaching call (the numbers will be small so I can work with you closely and the call recordings will be shared with you). Calls will be on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm UK (BST) for 60-90 minutes.
+ This is a hybrid mastermind which means there is 1:1 included so you get a highly personalised experience.
+ You’ll also get the benefit of a small supportive community through a private Facebook group, just for members of this programme, in which you’ll also be able to reach out to me for support as and when you need it.
