Going on a diet is the equivalent of putting cream on a rash, whilst learning to lose weight with me is the equivalent of discovering what caused the rash, so that you ensure you don't get it again.


Dieting when you are overweight does not address what caused you to be overweight. Sure, it’s as simple as knowing that you ate more than your body needed for fuel, BUT the reasons why are ANYTHING BUT SIMPLE.
