Hi, I'm Clair

I want to help you lose weight and end emotional eating so that you can take control of your relationship with food and yourself.

You likely think that nothing will work because you've been struggling for so long, because your at 'that stage' in life, or because even when you've lost weight before you've always regained it.

But I promise you that's not the case. I promise you it's totally possible for you to learn how to work with, and not against, your body and brain with weight coaching.

This was me five years ago and 5 stone (70 lbs) heavier...

I had just turned 40 and was morbidly obese.

I existed in states of embarrassment and shame.

Common thoughts at the time were…

“How much more weight do I need to gain before the weight gain stops?”

“How did I become such a failure?”

I had a lovely home, two amazing children, a solid marriage, a successful business.  

I also used to think…

“Anyone hearing about my life will think I am a success – anyone looking at me will think I am a disaster”

I felt so capable in so many areas of my life, work, and family, and yet so incompetent at something that, I thought, should be relatively straight forward.

Emotional eating habits do not change on their own.
Overeating habits (and by that I mean the way in which you eat if you are overweight) don't change with dieting.
Overeating habits don't change by you judging yourself and feeling shame.
