New Small Group Programme Coming June 2024

I'm looking for a small number of women who are ready to make a life changing difference through tackling their weight challenges once and for all, with personal support from me and a small group of like-minded women.

Over 3 months we'll work closely on long lasting weight loss, so you lose (or start to lose) the weight you want, and importantly feel much healthier and happier. And we'll do this through my proven programmes and expertise.

This is for you if you're in your 40s, 50s and 60s and you're fed up with your weight struggles. Whether you are overeating, emotionally eating, or ‘doing all the right things’ and finding that the weight just won’t budge.

As for details if you're ready to be your healthier, happier, most enjoyable version of yourself, eating in a way you love because it works for your body and your life.
