When the sun comes out in Spring, and we’re reminded that summer is around the corner it can feel a bit bittersweet when you’re unhappy with your weight. Whilst you appreciate the warmer weather you may notice your mind turning to thoughts of dieting for the summer holidays, thoughts of wanting to stay cool whilst covering up, and thoughts of regret that you’re facing another summer not feeling better about yourself.
