One of the fundamental principles of the ‘My One Life’ approach to weight loss is based on a continually learning about your relationship with food and yourself so that you can enjoy figuring out what works for you and what may work better.
I told members of The Academy that I wanted to really enjoy my holiday, eat intentionally, enjoy the food and not gain weight. I ate in a way that I wanted to eat at least 80% of the time, which is a good outcome. We’re not striving for perfection here – just a balanced way of being. And I gained 5 lbs and they weight was lost within a week of getting back.
