Weight Loss doesn’t need to be complicated. You don’t need to focus on doing everything right or eating in a certain way.
When we overcomplicate weight loss, we focus on all the things like, what we can and cannot have, whether we must exercise, the details of the types of foods that we eat, whether we should have low fat or whole fat, foods with sweetener or natural sugar.
We focus on all the wrong things because we are focusing on everything external to us, primarily food and weight loss, life-changing weight loss has very little to do with knowing all about the food and EVERYTHING to do with knowing all about yourself.
