Snacking may well be the cultural norm, but that doesn’t mean that it’s good for you. When food is concentrated and refined in the way that many snack foods are, they become more desirable because of the dopamine surge response in your brain.

In this episode we explore habitual snacking patterns and the steps you can take to change them.
