On today’s podcast I share my thoughts about obesity and how it’s a problem created by the modern world in which we live. I talk about how I managed to let go of my shame about being obese and not figuring out how to lose weight for life and how that was an important part of my weight loss journey. And I give my perspective on the body positivity movement.
