I thought that some of you might like to get an idea of what goes on inside of the Lose Weight. Live Life. Academy and so I am bringing you a special podcast episode which is a call replay from the membership last month.

Currently, we have two live calls each week in the Academy. One is a live group coaching and Q&A call where you can show up and get coached and ask me questions on any topic that you would like help with, whether that’s weight loss related or life related.
