It’s time to take a moment and really think about what’s important to you in your life right now. What’s on your Christmas wish list? When you understand yourself and what you want to create in your life it’s easier to not use food to push aside or paper over what’s not working for  you. 

And this is more apparent than ever during the holiday season. At this time of year, it’s normal to eat and drink to excess but when you stop and decide what’s important you might discover that your desire to indulge is less than you thought it would be.
