Spring Break #1 - Setting Yourself Up For Success

Hi everyone, thank you for being here and listening to the Lose Weight. Live Life. Podcast.

I just wanted to share with you that I will be taking a break from the podcast. I have a chronic health condition that I am working on improving and I want to create extra time in my week to focus on healing and also developing the Lose Weight. Live Life. Academy membership. And I am looking forward to having space to put in place plans for the podcast that I’ve been wanting to do for some time.  I am excited at the prospect of launching Season two of the podcast in late Spring or early summer.

So, what does this mean for you?
